| Well i didnt place there was a lot of compiton 14 people in both my catogorys but it was a good learning experince. i hope to do better next time just got to hit the weights hard and keep eating  |

still had about 3 cords wood to cut and split after winter i love smashing logs good workout rachel cuts them up with chainsaw and i split them with my axe |

| well either my new stack is working or my body is getting use to being leaner my starting weight on my bench is 275 for 12 reps and i ended with 315 for 4 reps my max curl is back to 155 i re uped on my anevol and zma im also doing nos for another month cycle i also jacked my protine intake to 400 grams a day i want to genrate as much lean muscle as possible before contest in october |

| I found a dead fork horn deer, so I cut its head off and I am going to make a wall mount out of it's antlers.

Since I have lost 34 Lbs. My bench went down but I am starting a stack fo ZMA, avanol, and NOS. hopefullly I can get my strength back up. reppin with heavy weight is the key to good muscle developement. |

| Xanga not a lot to do up in the mountains but go skiing going to hit the slopes later today then the gym for some squats . ya leg day isnt my favorite but ya gota do it. my best is bis and back.
